Hon. Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JFK & PARTNERS. Until April 2018, JFK as he is commonly called was the Attorney-General & Minister of Justice, Republic of Sierra Leone.

During his Tenure, and Principal Legal Adviser to the Government, he oversaw the preparation of Legal Instruments including all contractual Agreements and International negotiations pertaining to the law, (including but not limited to Telecommunications, Energy, Agro-Investments, Mining Consortiums and Project Finance documentation Under his tutelage, the Criminal Procedure was reviewed after 55yrs. Magistrates Courts were established all through the Regions and Legal Aid Services were extended all through the entirety of the country. The number of inmates in Correctional Services was significantly reduced.

Between 2010 and 2015, JFK was the Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Sierra Leone.Â

In 2010, under the leadership of Hon. Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara, the Commission won the World Bank Integrity Award for recognition in effective implementation of anti-corruption efforts.
